Britain will restrict major social platforms for under-16s

Britain plans tighter restrictions for users under 16 across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and other platforms, alongside controls on gaming, livestreaming, stranger messaging and infinite scrolling. Implementation is expected around next spring, while age checks and enforcement remain difficult.
