Fox and Roku strike a $22 billion acquisition deal

Fox agreed to acquire Roku in a cash-and-stock deal valued at about $22 billion, expected to close in the first half of 2027 after regulatory approval. Roku reaches more than 100 million households, while Fox brings news, sports and live programming to the combined platform.
