Iran says the U.S.-Iran MOU has been signed

Iranian state media quoted a foreign ministry spokesperson saying the presidents of Iran and the United States have formally signed the memorandum text. The agreement covers a halt to hostilities, restored passage through the Strait of Hormuz and 60 days of follow-up talks, while U.S. officials stress that sequencing remains crucial and both sides still retain room to exit.
