Israel and Hezbollah restored a ceasefire, while U.S.-Iran talks were postponed

Israel and Hezbollah agreed to restore a ceasefire after intense exchanges. Lebanon’s health ministry said Israeli strikes killed 47 people and wounded 97, while Israel said four soldiers were killed. Planned U.S.-Iran technical talks in Switzerland were cancelled, leaving Iran’s nuclear file, sanctions relief and shipping arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz to be negotiated over the next 60 days.
