SpaceX launched a bond offering of at least $25 billion, with orders near $85 billion

SpaceX launched a five-part bond offering to raise at least $25 billion, its first investment-grade dollar bond sale, with maturities from five to 30 years. People familiar with the deal said investor orders approached $85 billion. Proceeds will repay bridge loans and support general corporate purposes. SpaceX is investing heavily in AI data centers, computing equipment and power infrastructure, meaning a company known for rockets and satellites is increasingly becoming a broader infrastructure business across space, communications, AI and energy.
