Netanyahu visits southern Lebanon and says Israeli forces will not leave yet

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited occupied southern Lebanon and said Israeli forces would not withdraw while Hezbollah remained a threat. A planned handover of pilot areas to Lebanon's army remains uncertain.
