Germany plans €13.3 billion in energy-cost relief for 2027

Germany plans approximately €13.3 billion in energy relief for 2027, primarily financed through the Climate and Transformation Fund. About €5.5 billion would reduce grid charges, €5 billion would provide electricity-price compensation, and €2.5 billion would support an industrial power-price scheme. Some uncommitted climate spending and electric-vehicle transition support would be trimmed. Parliamentary approval is still required.
