Solo founders account for 63% of second-quarter Stripe Atlas incorporations

Stripe Atlas data shows that solo founders accounted for 63% of C corporations formed through the platform so far in the second quarter of 2026, an all-time high. AI-native solo startups generated almost twice the revenue of other solo-founded companies after two years. Yet median first-six-month revenue fell 23% year over year, while the top-to-median revenue gap expanded to 61 times.
