Microsoft and Mistral form a multibillion-dollar European AI capacity partnership

Microsoft agreed to use Mistral's expanding GPU infrastructure in Europe and distribute more of the French company's models through Microsoft Foundry, giving customers and regulated industries additional Europe-based deployment options.
