The EU's EUR3 per-item parcel duty has entered reconciliation season

The EU removed the duty exemption for parcels under EUR150 on July 1 and introduced a temporary EUR3 duty per item; after six weeks, item counts, IOSS, carrier charges, returns and checkout tax need order-level reconciliation.
