The EU's new low-value import rules apply a temporary EUR3 customs duty to each item

Imported goods under EUR150 no longer enjoy the former duty-free treatment, and the temporary duty is charged by item rather than once per parcel. Cross-border sellers should recalibrate classification, IOSS filings, DDP pricing, consolidation and checkout disclosure using real baskets instead of a single sticker price.
