NVIDIA agreed to acquire Hugging Face for USD12.9303 billion and said the platform will remain open

NVIDIA says Hugging Face will keep supporting different models, frameworks, clouds and accelerators without requiring NVIDIA compute. Teams that depend on open models and hosted services should audit model licenses, dataset provenance, inference cost, alternative deployment paths and exportability instead of judging the deal only by near-term resources.
