Rescuers heard voices inside the Trishuli 3A hydropower tunnel, located two workers and pulled them out while others may remain trapped. Hydropower, mining and underground-facility operators need offline tunnel maps, ventilation and blockage data, plus communications, medical support and rotations for long searches.
