OpenAI research pairs each human day with 3.1 agent-workdays

OpenAI reports that its research organization averaged 3.1 agent-workdays for every human workday in mid-August, while people continued to set priorities and judge results. A solo operator can copy the operating logic: break work into testable tasks and give each agent a budget, permission boundary and acceptance gate instead of simply adding more tools.
