Meta acquires Stilla.ai to strengthen Business Agent

Meta is acquiring Swedish AI startup Stilla.ai to accelerate Business Agent across WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. For a one-person company, messaging can absorb inquiries, qualification, quotes and transactions, while brand promises, refunds and high-value orders should retain explicit human approval.
