86% of solopreneurs try AI before hiring

A FreshBooks survey of 500 solopreneurs and microbusiness owners found that 86% try AI before hiring when they face a task they cannot complete alone, while 90% say AI makes one-person businesses easier to start and run. Cash flow remains the biggest concern, yet AI use in financial management trails marketing, design and customer service.
