WHO advances the pathogen-sharing and benefit-sharing annex

WHO members concluded the eighth negotiating round on the Pandemic Agreement's pathogen access and benefit-sharing annex. The system aims to speed sharing of pandemic-potential materials and sequence information while fairly sharing resulting vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics; the progress feeds into the UN high-level meeting on September 25.
