Comp AI collects $704K through Stripe in 30 days

Comp AI sells SOC 2 and security-compliance software that uses agents to gather evidence, draft policies, build risk records and continuously monitor controls. Its founder reports $8 million ARR and more than 1,000 customers after 17 months. As of September 16, its connected TrustMRR Stripe account showed about $5.318 million cumulative collections and $704,000 in the latest 30 days, but only $12,500 in detected subscription MRR across 58 active subscriptions. Acquisition came from the founder's X audience, open source and 20-minute live demos that completed part of setup before a payment link. Annual contracts, invoices and services may explain the gap, but renewals, recognition policy, gross margin and software-versus-services mix are undisclosed; human review remains necessary.
