ARIS launches a process-context layer for enterprise AI

ARIS made Process Context for Enterprise AI available on October 26, combining object-centric process mining, Process Lens for locating high-value AI opportunities, and an MCP interface that gives agents access to processes, roles, systems, rules, risks and controls. The foundation is a digital twin of the organization linking process design with execution data. In an ARIS and Hackett Group survey of more than 200 executives at large and multinational organizations, 82% said process context is required to deploy AI agents, while only 21% reported comprehensive real-time visibility into work flows; organizations using process-context tools were over five times as likely to report measurable AI ROI. These are vendor and partner-research findings, not a randomized trial. Deployment still depends on data quality, access governance, integration and continuous process maintenance.
