Solo-run It’s a Plan verifies $511 in revenue
Croffasia founded It’s a Plan as a one-person company in October 2026. The open-source, self-hosted Linear/Jira alternative lets people and AI agents work on the same board: teams can assign a card to an agent, @mention it in comments or trigger work on a schedule. Customers use their own model keys while issues and files stay on their own server. TrustMRR verifies $511 in total and last-30-day revenue through Stripe, with $64 MRR and three active subscriptions. The Community edition is free under AGPL-3.0; Pro costs $240 a year with no per-seat pricing. Acquisition channels are SEO, X and Threads. Digital delivery, self-hosting and open-source distribution create leverage for one operator, but the revenue and subscription sample is still tiny. Key constraints are installation support, upgrade compatibility, agent execution safety, fault ownership when customers bring model keys and whether flat organizational pricing covers heavy-support accounts.
