The U.S. imposes forced-labor-related tariffs on 60 economies
The U.S. Trade Representative imposed Section 301 duties of 10% to 12.5% on 60 economies for failing to effectively prohibit imports made with forced labor. Exemptions cover selected raw materials, products lacking domestic supply and goods whose tariffs could cause economy-wide disruption.
